Instructions For Use:
Hot Brew:
Combine 8 oz boiling water with 2 tsp tea blend.
Cover and steep for 5-20 minutes.
Strain and enjoy.
Cold Brew:
Combine 1 tbsp of the tea blend with 2 cups boiling water in a Mason jar.
Allow it to cool and then refrigerate for 2-8 hours or overnight.
Strain and enjoy.

Helps with digestive problems. Helps with the respiratory system, decreases mucus buildup due to colds or allergies
Precautions or Contraindications
Avoid if pregnant or breastfeeding. Avoid if taking blood thinning medications. Stop using it at least two weeks before surgeries.
